I've lost 3 more pounds this week, even with Valentine's Day and the four chocolate dipped strawberries and the chocolates I ate! :)
I've also lost in inches (total of 3 inches since last week when I started measuring) which is a plus.
It's been pretty easy -- UNTIL TODAY! I was working with a teacher, and another teacher came in to see if we wanted anything from Five Guys--OF COURSE I DID!! BUT I didn't eat it. Instead, I came home and ate some of the homemade chicken soup I made last night for dinner...I just keep telling myself, "nothing tastes as good as thin feels..."
We are going to the Outback tonight so I have planned out my day. Since the weather is a bit nicer, I should be able to get at least a 45 min walk in. I didn't get to exercise yesterday since I didn't even get home until after 7 PM.
Sallie! I found the best recipe for chicken - Chicken Cordon Bleu, a recent WW Recipe of the Day (although you may not need a recipe, but I do ;) ). Anyway, thought I'd share if you wanted to check it out. My review for it is under "a1jensen."
