I wanted to post on my daily exercise/workouts so decided to put them all in one post.

35 min on treadmill 3.0 incline and 3.4 mph for the first 20 min. The last 10 3.7 mph on 2.5 incline. Cool-down for last 5 min.
35 min on weights:
butterfly machine: 2 sets of 12 reps (35 lbs)
chest press machines (not sure what these are called)
down machine: 2 sets of 12 reps 30 lbs
down machine: #2: 2 sets of 12 reps 30 lbs
row machine: 2 sets of 12 reps 30 lbs
outer thigh machine: 2 sets of 20 reps 80 lbs
inner thigh machine: 2 sets of 20 reps 70 lbs
back extension: 2 sets of 20 reps 30 lbs
calf machine: 2 sets of 20 reps 50 lbs

45 min on the treadmill
20 min 3.7 mph at a 1.5% incline
20 min at 3.2 mph at 7% incline
5 min cool down

40 min walking outside
20 min uphill
20 min downhill

40 min walking outside

35 min walk outside

45 min walk with the kids--they rode their bikes/rip stick while I walked. It was fun!
