2/14/11

This weekend was so-so. I went over by a few points, but I did exercise every day since last Wednesday. I feel good about that. I will walk later today, too. I'm cleaning at home today and organizing.

  1. 4 pounds the first week is a good start.I am not doing that well. one pound down and 2 up in a week!
